Toyota West is a wonderful dealership. In the past my boyfriend and I have bought cars from Luke and it was always a great experience. This time we worked with Jimmy. This hands down was the best experience ever in dealing with a car salesman. No hassle, no pressure, helpful, friendly and he is very professional. The rapport Jimmy built with my boyfriend and I as well as his sense of humor is why we will recommend him to our friends and family. We love our Acura we bought from Jimmy. We also couldn't ask for a better place to purchase a new or used car from and felt the service we received was excellent. Jimmy gave us various options we could go with and Luke was very helpful with this as well. I am not very good with technology and Jimmy even showed us how to use everything in the car, put gas in it, and had it detailed! I had a wonderful experience working with the people at Toyota. Unlike the other dealers that I had visited before ending up at Toyota West, I was treated better then some of the sharks that tried to sell Toyota.
