This was my first experience at Toyota West and my salesperson was Bart Zimmerman. All I can say is wow, what a fantastic salesperson. Bart Zimmerman was our salesman when we bought our new Sienna. He was fantastic. Bart answered all of our questions and spent a long time explaining all of the features on the van. Bart was honest without being pushy and he made himself available to answer more questions when they came up. They gave us a great deal on our trade in and a fair price for the new Sienna. When we finally made our decision, Bart stayed late to help us close the deal. We have been to Toyota West before, to replace a tail light on our Tundra, and everyone in the service department was fantastic. More

Was in previously with a friend who was working with Robert. When I returned to test drive a Venza, Robert was busy and Jeremy was more than happy to assist. He explained how the lease worked and explained that I would have the option to buy at the end of the lease. Awesome service! Robert then took introduced me to Dan, the financial person, who explained every form that I signed. I never felt pressured or rushed. By the time I was finished with Dan, Robert had already transferred my belongings from my old vehicle to my new Venza. He also explained many of the features of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Toyota West. More
