My wife and I shopped our Toyota of choice between three different dealers, making visits to each one. None of the dealers and dealerships impressed us like Bart Zimmerman and Toyota West. From his knowledge of the car we were buying, to getting us the best deal, to treating us with absolute respect throughout the entire process, it made buying the car from Bart the easiest decision we could've made. We've always had a negative experience buying cars, always feeling like we were pressured or that we couldn't trust the salesman or the dealership. But even as we walked away (TW was our first stop in the car buying process), there was never a moment of pressure. But Bart stayed in touch with me over the next couple of days, answering many of questions and doing some of the legwork for me and so when I was ready to buy the car, I called him up, and he had it ready and waiting for me before I got back to Toyota West. We appreciated all the extra effort on his part and you will too. And you'll notice the difference, you'll notice immediately he's there to help you as you buy a car. You won't find a better person to buy a car from than Bart. That's what it came down to for us. More

First of all, I have to go back to the first experience with Dean. Three weeks ago my wife and I were driving around to look at cars and I saw the car of my dreams - an FJ Cruiser. We drove into the lot an with Dean. Three weeks ago my wife and I were driving around to look at cars and I saw the car of my dreams - an FJ Cruiser. We drove into the lot and the next thing we know, Dean is there ready to answer questions and take us for a test drive. Very kind and helpful all the way to the sale. I have to say the nicest salesman I had ever met. And then, dumb mistake #1 - I left my house and office keys at the dealership. My wife and I were on the way to an anniversary dinner, so Dean drove all the way to my house to drop off the keys so they would be there when we got home. Then, two weeks later, dumb mistake #2 - I inserted one of the back headrests backwards and it got stuck. Once again, Dean came to the rescue. Did everything he could to make it right even though it was my mistake. Had to have the whole seat taken apart but he made sure I was made comfortable during the wait. He is a terrific guy and goes well beyond what is just necessary. He really cares about the customer as a person and a friend. More

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service provided by Terry. We ended up at Toyota West because I met a client in Grove City and this was the closest Toyota dealership. Our plan was solely to test drive new cars at various makes and models, and Toyota West was first on our list. Neither one of us had ever been to this dealership or knew of its reputation. Terry put no pressure on us to buy a car, let alone the ones we tried. She was very professional in her dealings with us. We told Terry about our interest in the Camry and RAV4. I had recent driven a new RAV4 on a 700-mile trip with my in-laws, but my wife did not drive it. Though there were no new models on the lot, Terry brought us a used RAV4 in order for my wife to have the experience behind the wheel. We ended up buying the used RAV4, a 3-year-old V6 Limited with just 30,000 miles! The price was very reasonable as was our financing. Thank you Terry! More
