Dean was incredibly helpful dealing with us throughout the entire process. We made several special requests and also asked for some time to figure out what was best for us. I went to window shop back in May and Craig approached me about the Scion XB, he went down the list how it met my fiance's and my needs and how the price was very reasonable. About 3 weeks later, we were very tired of looking at cars, but needed to get one and knew that Toyota West was the place - no pressure, very laid back, let the customer openly talk about what they want atmosphere. We just traded in my old Durango for a 2011 Camry. We were looking for a good family car with good gas mileage. We went in looking at the Corollas but after Jimmy showed us around and talked to us for a were looking for a good family car with good gas mileage. It seems to fit the needs of our family more than the Corolla would have. He was also very respectful of our budget and never suggested something out of our range. Actually with the 0% interest being offered on the Camrys it ended up being a better bargain for us. More
