He got a really good deal and after seeing the car, I thought it time for me to look into a new vehicle. I had been driving a 1986 Pontiac for the last six years and it was time for an upgrade. My initial contact was through a phone conversation. I had already visited another Toyota dealership and done some online research as to payments and terms currently being offered. The lease term and monthly payment was my greatest objective. Craig, my salesperson was courteous and thorough from the moment we first communicated. He did not try and sway me and listened to what I had to say. I told him that I wanted a Corolla and gave him an idea of the terms that were necessary for me to proceed with a purchase. He listened during our phone conversation of my wants and priorities. He then got back with me in a timely manner. He found the exact color I wanted, which that was one of the few things I could be flexible about, if my terms were met, he exceeded the challenge. This experience was great from the sales assoc. down to the dealership. I talked to the sales assoc. prior to my visting the dealership and everything he quoted was accurate.
