2016 4Runner Lease When I walked into the dealership, I wasn't sure what I wanted other than a truck/SUV. The GM directed our sales conversation to Chris Purdie. Chris had asked questions about what I wanted and didn't want, what was important to me in a purchase. I come to find that my needs are now pretty standard which made this easier. Based on the conversation, he recommended 2 vehicles to start, one of which was the 4Runner. He explained how the electronics worked as well as some of the drive features, also showing me the drive features on YouTube because obviously, the off-road aspect was not able to be duplicated that day. He was able to provide exceptional other personal service which went above and beyond what I would expect. More
