Attractive financing brought me to Lakewood for a new SUV it was time to trade in my 2002 4Runner on a new one. Met Bob Elwell at the door and told him which 4Runner I was interested in. During the test drive Bob pointed out the many new features of the 2015 model. He was very knowledgeable of the product line. We discussed finances and the Lakewood team was able to meet my budget. On the service side, I have taken my last two4Runners (1990, 2002) to Lakewood exclusively for service work. They have kept my SUVs in top running order for the last twenty years. Of course, most of the salesmen there are pretty good. However, I had a poor experience with Mark Fusco. Mark's lack of tack and ability to use his brain in a meaningful way almost made me leave the dealership. I'm glad that I stuck around though; Ian saved the sale. More

The internet sales team was attentive while we were still overseas and kept in touch without being annoying to keep us informed about inventory. The day we went to buy we walked in and about 3 hours later drove off the lot. Bob was VERY knowledgable about the Highlander and gave us a thorough tutorial of all of the features of our vehicle. He was even nice enough to take a picture after we sealed the deal. There was no haggling over the price, the dealership simply respected the USAA pricing certificates and that was it. We love the car and would definitely buy again at Toyota Scion World of Lakewood. More
