She then showed us the Highlander base model without the roof rack and fabric seats and we were able to opt for the upgrade of leather, the addition of the roof rack and managed to have us in a car with Limited models luxuries and us not breaking the bank!! My sister called before hand and talked with Brittany. She was very nice and helpful over the phone so we went in to see her. She was very friendly and tried to get me into a vehicle I really loved.
