Beware of SERVICE department DO NOT take your vehicle to Toyota of AA for service. We took our Tundra in for service. They did not adequately replace the transmission fluid, leaving dangerously low. We ha Toyota of AA for service. We took our Tundra in for service. They did not adequately replace the transmission fluid, leaving dangerously low. We have the service record stating that it caused the truck to not perform safely. I had to pull off the road in order to not get hit by a semi. Upon further issues a few months later, we took the truck back and they stated, after multiple wrong diagnoses, that it was the transmission that needed replaced due to the fluid being almost 2 quarts low. They wanted to put a used transmission with no service history and they wanted us to help pay to replace it. Even though we have immaculate transmission service records on the vehicle. We waited days between any form of contact from them. We requested a remanded transmission be put in and that we could help pay some of the parts and labor to ensure that it would be safe. They have now refused to touch the truck and requested we pick it up. Oh and they called to say, by the way, the batter is dead and we should bring a jump box upon pick up. IN ADDITION- The multi point inspection was incorrect, they did not indicate that the right valve cover was leaking oil. They marked it as green. They could not accurately diagnose the vehicle. Repairs were recommended for parts that we had just had replaced there. Communication was awful. We waited DAYS for a phone call or email response. When they did call, they were either unprepared or unprofessional. Toyota of Ann Arbor does not stand behind their work. We spent so much time, money, and effort to do every service and maintenance. Now we can’t drive our truck because of their mistake. More

Lamont did a great job communicating what was going on with my car. He showed me an inspection video. He also made sure the car was washed after the repair. He was very personable. with my car. Lamant is not only excellent in customer service, he is caring, thoughtful and kind. When he realized that I was upset over a very personal loss, he took an extraordinary measure: Lamant gifted me a lov caring, thoughtful and kind. When he realized that I was upset over a very personal loss, he took an extraordinary measure: Lamant gifted me a lovely colorful plant and Soduko book. He gave me a wonderful card signed by many in the service department. I was surprised and touched by such caring gestures. Toyoto of Ann Arbor is lucky to have Lamant on their service staff. More
Courteous customer service, but the wait times were long in some cases as it was very busy. The current construction in the showroom was also inconvenient but understandable. in some cases as it was very busy. The current construction in the showroom was also inconvenient but understandable. More
The 12 month 12000k mile “worry free” maintenance plan is a scam! I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. I was assured I could go to any dealership to get my scheduled maintenance completed. I’ve called 3 d a scam! I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. I was assured I could go to any dealership to get my scheduled maintenance completed. I’ve called 3 different dealerships and they do not except ethos or eg assurance as a form of payment. So I called Toyota of Ann Arbor the next day and asked for assistance in completing this scheduled maintenance and was told I could email a guy from finance and see what he could do. They claim it’s a “worry free” plan. When in reality it’s a time suck and a scam. I’ve wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life trying to get a service that was promised to me at signing. Don’t fall for it. This is why I dread going to dealerships. They promise the world until they have your money. Then you couldn’t get help from them if your life depended on it. Will never go back to this dealership and will advise anyone who will listen to take their business elsewhere. More
