Our advisor Terence Cole @ Toyota of Ann Arbor. Brought in our Hybrid Corolla for the 30,000 maintenance the and Ethos Service Contract inspection. Our advisor Terence Cole did a great job checking us in and measuring our tire tread depth. Our Tech Harley O. Performed the 27 point inspections; tires, oil change, and cabin filters. Terence provided us full estimates - checklists and cost of consumables; up front. Fully satisfied customers here. They really do treat you like family here. More

Love the 2021 Rav 4 I purchases, but disappointing overall experience due to feeling mislead about a few service contracts being rolled into financing which I learned a day later were non cancellable. overall experience due to feeling mislead about a few service contracts being rolled into financing which I learned a day later were non cancellable. The salesperson was cool, the paperwork and financing at the end not so much and I'm stuck with $2000 of extras I'll be paying interest on. Never going back More
