I have called repeated for an update on my new 2023 vehicle that has never been right - first appt. was on 4/12. I last picked it up 5/17 after being there another 2 weeks. I was told then the part will come in a couple weeks. Now 6/14, no updates and no one returns my call s. Every call goes to "leave a message and we will return your call". After 5 or 6 calls i may get a call back. I thought Toyota would be a quality vehicle with reputable dealerships. I'm frustrated they have not corrected this defect in a timely manner. More

Asked for a quote online…kept getting vehicle options I did not ask for. Asked to clear up with manager who wanted to mansplain how things were done. I have used Ann Arbor Toyota formerly Dunning for service for 10 years. At my last service I asked for the estimate and was told I would get the receipt when the service was done.I realized that the estimat for 10 years.
