The 12 month 12000k mile “worry free” maintenance plan is a scam! I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. I was assured I could go to any dealership to get my scheduled maintenance completed. I’ve called 3 different dealerships and they do not except ethos or eg assurance as a form of payment. So I called Toyota of Ann Arbor the next day and asked for assistance in completing this scheduled maintenance and was told I could email a guy from finance and see what he could do. They claim it’s a “worry free” plan. When in reality it’s a time suck and a scam. I’ve wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life trying to get a service that was promised to me at signing. Don’t fall for it. This is why I dread going to dealerships. They promise the world until they have your money. Then you couldn’t get help from them if your life depended on it. Will never go back to this dealership and will advise anyone who will listen to take their business elsewhere. More
