I made the appointment on line but there was no record of it when I arrived at the service center. The service adviser, Nick, was apologetic and assisted me with making a new appointment. Upon arrival for it when I arrived at the service center. The service adviser, Nick, was apologetic and assisted me with making a new appointment. Upon arrival for the new appointment, Nick was very pleasant and helpful. Nick continued to be impressive throughout the servicing. My car was ready early and Nick escorted me to my car after reviewing the results of the servicing with me. Toyota of Bellingham is fortunate to have such an excellent employee as Nick! More

Standard oil/filter change no issues. However, I asked them to reset the TPWS based on the seasonal tire change. This was not done and required a separate appointment. This is a 5-10 minu However, I asked them to reset the TPWS based on the seasonal tire change. This was not done and required a separate appointment. This is a 5-10 minute procedure with the electronic tools they have available. I told them no need to rotate the tires, which in itself requires a TPMS reset. Very disappointed and requires a significant time investment on my part. More
