Service department was great. I called the service department to get my sienna an oil change. They were able to get me right in with no problems. I pulled right into was great. I called the service department to get my sienna an oil change. They were able to get me right in with no problems. I pulled right into the service station and was immediately greeted. The waiting room was comfortable and they provided refreshments. I will continue to take my vehicles here. More

Assistance with out of state service I contacted this dealer after searching the internet for information regarding an update to the Nav system on a 2012 Prius V. I live in Santa Barbara I contacted this dealer after searching the internet for information regarding an update to the Nav system on a 2012 Prius V. I live in Santa Barbara, ca. and have not been able to gather any information from our local dealers. I talked with Joanna, on 1/118/2016 and she was also unsure about available updates to the Nav System but said she would get back to me. The very next day she called with all the information I was seeking. This is service above and beyond anything available in Santa Barbara. Excellent service department You feel like they are being honest and fair with you when you have a question or concern and I appreciate that. I've dealt with Gerald Lane and he always does an excellent job in taking care of the customer. I feel Toyota has a excellent service department and its because of that I don't always worry about the cost factor because I know I'm being taken care of . Fan-Friggin-Tastic!! Joanna was such a huge help to me! I brought my Pontiac in to get a diagnosis.
