DO NOT consider Toyota of Boerne! This dealership is as bad as it gets. The salespeople have upsell on their minds at all times and will mislead all the time. The finance departme This dealership is as bad as it gets. The salespeople have upsell on their minds at all times and will mislead all the time. The finance department is the worst! After failing to properly submit important documents and failing to properly read credit reports, the finance manager snuck a $1500 service contract into my sales agreement without my consent. I signed the document but I was not told what I was signing. Disreputable practices. Later, when I ask to have it removed, they finance manager said he would write a check to the bank. This would NOT decrease my loan it merely looked like an advanced payment. The loan is STILL $1500 higher than I wanted! I have never seen such disregard for people with whom they should be helping. Deceptive practices abound at this dealership. More

I’ve bought a car from Toyota Boerne before with good results. This time was rather lengthy. The salesman, Felix was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I was very disappointed with the financial results. This time was rather lengthy. The salesman, Felix was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I was very disappointed with the financial counselor. I had a set price for my monthly payments, which I was convinced to go a few dollars more but definitely not $400.00 or above. The first paper I was asked to sign and I almost signed it until I saw at the bottom of the page my monthly payments would be over $400.00. I don’t remember him explaining what it was for. The second piece of paper to sign was the same thing. I noticed my monthly was even more. I asked what was all this for and was told it was a premium package for Toyota service. At that point I denied those services to keep my monthly payments from rising. I had been at the dealership for more than 5 hours and said I needed a break and went outside. My monthly payments were set by me several times. It was very important to me. I thought this was relayed to the financial counselor. He did not explain this too me. If I hadn’t seen the number at the bottom of the page I would have signed it. Not good. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with him. More
