Toyota of Boerne cannot be trusted when purchasing a USED CAR, They do not stand behind their sales, when they say " AS IS " They mean just that. We purchased a 2019 Audi A5S line on Nov 18,2025 and not eve CAR, They do not stand behind their sales, when they say " AS IS " They mean just that. We purchased a 2019 Audi A5S line on Nov 18,2025 and not even close to our first payment, it had to be towed to a reputable Audi Mechanic. I was told that this Audi had a bandaid and that it was ready for a quick sale, I have all pictures and videos and after dealing with this after my first unsatisfactory review , Stating that there was a hole in the engine and water pump giving out , today a person named GREGG called and said well had you told us about this before you made repairs we may have gotten you into something else, well yes of course after the negative equity is in place, but little did he know I had exhausted all avenues with a Larry Horn on 1/27/2026 and then after he had the ball for a while a Vanessa Richey reached out on March 31st, 2026 and she asked me for all the documents and after all the time and agony of retrieving everything and photos, Gregg calls today to Brush me under the rug, he was very unprofessional and was not knowledgeable about anything, I found myself starting this whole 5 month ordeal all over agin, I have proof, I paid over $4K because that's who I am and I don't leave things untouched or ignored, all Gregg told me at the end was you bought a used car from us AS IS, I was like " oh yea I'm talking to the wall here " I encourager anyone reading this DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM TOYOTA BOERNE, oh yea in the end he tells me " We are not an Audi Dealership " so I said to him " Then why are you selling Audi Used Cars " But yes I don't even write reviews but I have to save as many as possible. I thank God that I don't live paycheck to paycheck and by Gods Grace I was able to pay out of pocket to fix This Audi for our 3rd hand car, mind you my Wife drives a 2025 Audi RSQ6 and I drive a 2025 Toyota Tundra 1794, my wife once owned this 2019 Audi A5S but it was totaled, I will never hate Toyota because my 1794 has been good to us , its my 3rd Tundra.
