Toyota of Boerne

I am 100% Disappointed in Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne. My wife and I have bought a Brand new Limited Tundra in 2022. Than we traded in the 2022 model and bought a Limited 2024 Tundra with ALL the extra wa My wife and I have bought a Brand new Limited Tundra in 2022. Than we traded in the 2022 model and bought a Limited 2024 Tundra with ALL the extra warranty packages that would cover the Tundra from Bumper to Bumper if anything breaks , tears , scratch Toyota would swap out the parts per sales rep of Toyota with this extended warranty package. Fast forward almost 2 years later. My wife takes the 2024 Tundra to Toyota of Austin to do a regular maintenance oil change and tire rotation. Wife drives home all done. 10 weeks later wife was pulling up in the drive way and I hear scratching noise as she pulls up I notice 1 of the hubcap is loose and rattling. I noticed one of the 2 bolts was missing which is causing the rattling noise and also scratched up the rim real bad. Well apparently the service rep at Toyota Austin did not tighten the hub cap properly cause 1 bolt was missing while the only other bolt was loose which cause the scratches on the rim. I checked the other 3 hubcap and another hubcap on the rear passenger side was also loose but not loose enough to cause any scratches yet. Anyway we just took the Tundra in and the service department refused to replace the scratched rim said it was not covered by our warranty? This was not a warranty problem Toyota. This was a personnel problem by your own Toyota employee lack of properly securing the hubcaps!!!!! We also address there was chip paint off the running board on the passenger side where we bought the running boards from Toyota that was added on after we purchased the 2024 Tundra. This is a warranty issue and Vic Vaughn of Toyota your service rep told my wife to paint it black and that would fix the issue? I am like WHAT??? We paid Several Thousands of dollars for this extra warranty for your service rep to tell my wife to paint it black where the paint came and you will be fine? Vic Vaughn Toyota of Boerne I hope everyone reads this Bad Review! This is garbage customer service especially when we spent Thousands of dollars on a warranty that supposedly to COVER BUMPER TO BUMPER of DENTS, SCRATCHES , BROKEN, TORE or ANYTHING in the next 7 YEARS and here we are in year 2 and you will not cover your own Faulty workmanship and your own faulty equipment that paint chip off. We spent thousands of dollars on extended warranty. Toyota comments is WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SCRATCHES and CHIP PAINT, YET WE WERE SOLD BY TOYOTA SALESREP COVERS BUMPER TO BUMPER COVERAGE!!! Toyota of Boerne mangement tells me we do not cover what was said to us by their sales rep who works for you! You rather screw us for thousands and wash your hands clean!!! Learn the word INTEGRITY and STAND by your commitment!!!! Stay away from this car dealership!!!!! More
