Quick, easy experience Drove in Thursday afternoon, April 4th, on a fluke to look at used cars. Went in and was greeted warmly by Michael Steinke, Sales Manager. He allowed Drove in Thursday afternoon, April 4th, on a fluke to look at used cars. Went in and was greeted warmly by Michael Steinke, Sales Manager. He allowed us to drive 2 used cars. He worked with Brent Dollinger, Used Car Manager, on price negotiations. We did not arrive at a satisfactory conclusion. The next day, Friday, April 5th, Brent called and made a much more acceptable offer for a used 2015 Toyota Highlander. By Saturday morning we arrived at a deal. Monday morning we purchased the car. Todd Zummallen, the Finance man had all the paperwork ready. In and out in one hour. This dealership is efficient, the way it should be. No sitting around for hours on end playing the cat and mouse game. Highly recommend these professionals. More
