It was awful. Yesterday I went to the dealership for an oil change, and Mr. Lewis said the oil was on him and I dont have anymore left. I waited an hour and a half Yesterday I went to the dealership for an oil change, and Mr. Lewis said the oil was on him and I dont have anymore left. I waited an hour and a half, and now the mechanic is checking it and says the oil is dirty—and the filters are, too. It’s so disappointing that they don't deliver on what they promised; even worse, they made me wait for nothing, and I wasted my day for no reason. More

Disappointed that I had to spend $20 on an Uber because when I set up the appointment they neglected to tell me the shuttle doesn’t run on Saturday and I specifically asked. Also my person was dealing with another customer and I was told I had to waiting her which ended up making me late for work. More
