Terrible experience. Buying the car was an extremely unsatisfactory as they tried to cut corners in everything. They Took the tag and title fees but have done nothing since and are non responsive. Would highly recommend not ever doing business with them. More
I really love obtaining my car repairs at the Toyota Group 1 in Bowie, Maryland especially dealing with my personal service representative Danny Korode. Although I sometimes find the repair costs somewhat pricey Danny takes me to the internet and show me what the car manufacturer say if certain repairs are not made to the car and the possible damage to my car if the repairs are left undone. Danny also tries to find me manufacturer coupons that can lower my costs. Everyone should try this Toyota dealership and receive nothing but professional service. More

BLUF: The absolute WORST service department and aftersale support is atrocious. You may get a good deal here but hope you don't need anything after you sign and drive off! My first purchase from here went great, easy deal, great price and no issues. I needed no after sale support. My next deal wasn't so smooth, the purchase was fine, though I feel like I was charged more than I agreed to, but whatever. I got my dream car, thought all was well. First issue is I had my windshield get destroyed by a rock, which happens, such is life. I was quoted 800 bucks, which was cheaper than Safelite so I headed up there. Turns out the dude was just tossing out numbers and it was going to be 1300 with recalibration. Wasted gas, time, effort and unneeded stress by driving 40 minutes up there for nothing. Total crap. Next issue, my door on my car is misaligned and is rubbing the paint off on a corner. This is a Supra, it shouldn't have these issues and when I contacted the dealership they were short with me and offered no real assistance. When I pressed, the sales manager was rude and still offered no help. Thankfully I found another dealership that was willing to help and now my car is getting fixed, as it should. I should have received the support this dealership is giving me from the place I purchased my car from. I thought Robert Haag was a stand up guy, but in the end he is just another greedy sales manager that cares a whole lot about you until the money is in the dealerships bank account and his cut is in his! On top of all this, my car still hasn't been properly registered and my temporary registration is about to expire. I've tried calling, my wife has called and no one has called me back in over 2 weeks of trying. It's a simple transfer, the last time I did it, it was done in under 2 weeks. This dealership is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!! More
