It was such a sweet gesture and it just made the purchase feel so personal and special. The main person I dealt with during this deal was my sales manager, Bobby Haag, he made the process so pain free, it was the easiest car purchase I've ever had PERIOD! The whole process was done in three emails and the stress was non-existant...it doesn't get better than that! On top of all that, Bobby is just a great human being, he shared with me that he is also a disabled veteran and he spent a good 30 minutes talking to me about his experiences and giving me pointers while I was waiting for the paperwork to be finalized at the dealership. My life is better off because I met Bobby and I am so glad they had the exact vehicle we wanted and gave us a super deal to boot!
