My experience with Antonio Funderburk was Stella . He provided great customer service. The cashier no because I wanted to apply my new Toyota credit card payment to my bill as the repair were unexpect He provided great customer service. The cashier no because I wanted to apply my new Toyota credit card payment to my bill as the repair were unexpected and was told they couldn’t key in a new credit card number . I had to call Toyota credit card company and was on hold and on the phone with different employees for 35 minutes just for them to tell me Toyota should be able to key in new cards. I went to a manager and she said yes so had to go back to the same cashier to have it done. Just wasted my time. More
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy communication was- it was extremely helpful to get texts/emails regarding the service of my vehicle. And then to be able to respond via text by clicking yes or no was a it was extremely helpful to get texts/emails regarding the service of my vehicle. And then to be able to respond via text by clicking yes or no was amazing. I played phone tag with the technician who did call me but I was able to quickly see what the recommendations were and address it immediately for a timely return of my vehicle. The only thing that was annoying was when I picked up my vehicle, they pulled it into the pickup/drop off lane behind a car that had just pulled in to be dropped off. The car could have stayed where it was in the parking lot. I get it- convenience- but that was extremely inconvenient because after sitting there for about 10 minutes in over 100 degree heat I finally asked how long it would be and she said a while longer and I could back out if I wanted. The intention was good, but the execution clearly wasn’t thought through. More
