Mr Gruner, My husband did come in to see you, your response to him was neither professional or kind. You basically laughed in his face and told him there was nothing you were able or willing to do. Needless to say, we will never have another vehicle serviced at Toyota of Bowie and I seriously doubt that we will ever purchase another Toyota. Further more Continental Tires will never be another vehicle that we own.
