My experience with Toyota of Bowie has been with their totally excellent service department. the salesman was not good He wouldn't return my calls/text. Ac wasn't working in vehicle, i call him he states oh it was working just fine when he drove it and give it 1-2 days. Its HOT AS xxxx and you want me to ride around even longer with no air. I have health issues. I finally get him on the phone and tell him im coming down Saturday (6/6/25) to get the ac fix. Now the kicker is Thursday he claims the vehicle was in the shop to repair the ac. So if it was in the shop Thursday, why wasn't the ac working when I got it. He said I will call you back, no call. I call the next day he don't answer, I leave a voice mail stating I feel like you're giving me the run around. I then call and speak with one of the managers, who state oh yeah he talked to me about this about 3 hours ago, let me get this together and I will call you back. You guessed it, no call back. While I was on the phone with the manager the salesman calls back. I call back the following day and the salesman states Saturday is good, what time you coming. I replied as soon as they open, he said ok let me make sure that's OK I will call you right back. Did he call back? NO. I go down there this am and the service department had no knowledge that I was coming. Now the service department gets a A+, as their customer service was Great. Especially the manager, I think she said her name was Britalia (spellcheck). Very nice and was able to get my vehicle in and get the ac repaired. She deserves a bonus of some sort, because of her, id probably still be riding with no xxxx air. I still haven't heard back from the manager nor the salesman. Would I buy another vehicle from them, NOPE More
