I am on my 6th Toyota and the Prius was my husband's first (which he loved). While walking around the new car lot, Jose approached us and ask if we needed help. With his kind face and friendly manner I immediately liked him. I instantly felt we were in the right hands. We did not want another Pruius due to the accident and shared this with Jose. His knowledge, professionalism, and sympathy to my husband's pain made me immediately trust him. He gave us all the options of bigger cars available and explained in detail the pros and cons of each vehicle. We were in the right hands and left the "driving" to Jose. We walked away with a new 4Runner and couldn't be happier with our experience. My trust in Jose was verified and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
