Toyota of Bowie continues to send my mother mailers asking her to call Dave Gruner for a great deal. I've offered to bring her urn down to the dealership to see him give it his best shot. She's coming up on being gone 7 years. 😔 Talking to Dave personally has done nothing. Opting out numerous times online has proven useless. Calling corporate was only good for a 9 month reprieve. Maybe showing up with a news crew and my lawyer as I place her urn on Dave's desk might do the trick. 🤔 I've owned several Toyotas over the years but I'll never buy another one after this treatment. 😠 More

Just bought my 3rd Highlander from Toyota of Bowie. I continue to come to this dealership because of the relatively easy buying process. Tom Greene, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable about all the continue to come to this dealership because of the relatively easy buying process. Tom Greene, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable about all the features I was looking for in my Highlander, and we were successfully able to negotiate the pricing to fit my needs with the help of Tim. I do my research and know what I'm looking for in a car. I think the dealership appreciates this as it makes the experience that much better and easier. In completing the buying process, Evelyn Allen, the Settlement Manager, was extremely helpful with the financial process and answered all questions and concerns that we had regarding the warranties, pricing, etc. Also, from past experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership, not only for their efficiency, but also their Service Department. Their service personnel have always been helpful, and I've always been able to get the service I needed when I needed it. I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my first car from Toyota of Bowie my sales person Mr.Chima Joe is the best he’s awesome he made the purchase easy but dealing with there finance department i car from Toyota of Bowie my sales person Mr.Chima Joe is the best he’s awesome he made the purchase easy but dealing with there finance department is a different story they don’t explain none of your paper work to you they steel your rebates without your permission then when you call to ask questions no one never have a straight forward answer they transfer you to everyone in the book but get no resolution I brought several customers here to purchase Chicago in which I will never recommend this dealership to no one all the managers and all the finance officers need to be professionally retrained and stop giving customers miss leading information and learn to be more professional More

Bad service I recently took my car in to have a door latched replace only to find that they damage the strip on the door and the door was misaligned. So when I took it back to them to have them fix the problem, they only replaced the strip on the door and not the misaligned door. This was after having my car for over two weeks. If they couldn't do the job, why not just say so at the beginning. This resulted in me never going back to their service department and never recommending anyone again. More
Horrible Experience with Sales Person I bought a 2020 Toyota corolla at Toyota of Bowie and after I was made to sign that I have received two keys for the vehicle during the paperwork, aft I bought a 2020 Toyota corolla at Toyota of Bowie and after I was made to sign that I have received two keys for the vehicle during the paperwork, after the car was delivered to me I was given only one key. I asked the sales representative about the second key and he lied to me that I can come back later to collect the second key. I came back later but the key was not given to me, I was told they would have to cut it for me at some very inconvenient time. It was obvious they have misplaced the second key and did not make any effort to get me another one. The sales person, I think his name is Ayodele was very unprofessional, rude and lack integrity in his dealing with me. What an overall horrible experience with the Sales Rep! More
