They had vehicle 5 days for rear main seal leakage and put me in rental. Two hours after p/u, the check engine light came on, ASW and traction light on and said, see dealership. I took off work 3 hours and waited at dealership since 6:15am for them to open at 7:30. .I told my rep I needed to go to work but manager had to authorize rental. After waiting over an hour, I went to see if a manager was in yet and my rep said, oh your vehicle is ready. How long was my vehicle ready? As soon as he got the ok, he should’ve came in the waiting room to inform me or even text me that my vehicle was ready. I should not had to use 3 hours leave to take vehicle back to dealership the very next day after getting it back after they had it for 4 days More
