I brought my 4Runner in for service for a leak in the left axle. I told Service Advisor (Karl Knowles) to also check oil pan because I just had it replace by the Lube Center. I waited (4) hours then fina left axle. I told Service Advisor (Karl Knowles) to also check oil pan because I just had it replace by the Lube Center. I waited (4) hours then finally asked Karl for status. He gives me estimate amounting to $6,000. No work was performed! I had to keave my 4Runner there another day! More

Had my appointment cancelled and found out about it by text. Got disconnected and never got a call back. Let’s see if the GM can make the work get done since nobody else can.
