Took a long time to get checked in for my appt at 12:15 on a Saturday. Was told it would last ~3 hours and I’d be notified when the car was ready. Didn’t hear anything until 4:40 when I got a call saying t on a Saturday. Was told it would last ~3 hours and I’d be notified when the car was ready. Didn’t hear anything until 4:40 when I got a call saying they close at 5:00 and if I didn’t get there before 5:00, the car would be locked in until Tuesday morning (after Labor Day). Luckily I live 15 min away so I got there in time, but this was horrible service – appt took longer than they said and no warning ahead of time about this policy. More
