I caught the dealership shelter to Bowie town center and I returned after 2 1/2 hours saw my car in the parking lot and realized that it was ready however l was not notified when my car was ready. In the past the representative working with me would call me on the phone and let me know that my car was ready to be picked up, but for some reason I never received a phone call.
