We are aware of this issue and we are just as disappointed that we were not able to secure the very rare vehicle in question. Typically when we are working to secure a vehicle from another dealership, we are very candid about it not being a guarantee - even though pricing and such is agree to. As I understand, the other dealership sold the vehicle that they had verbally agreed to give us. We cannot control that. Again, our sincere apologies. Heather

It figures that I would get the customary...We are very sorry to hear about your experience here and we have used the information you provided to help us improve. However, that too seems to be another lie. Why keep posting a listing for over another month, when it sold three weeks, according to your own salesmen, before I even arrived? I complain and they post the car again! and again and again. So how have you used this information to improve? Improve on lying? Please everyone avoid this dealership, unless you're like Rihanna and love the way they lie!!

In all due respect, not another lie. It is not our intent to keep listings posted once they are sold. There are many vendors and systems that have to be juggled in order to get dealership listings posted on our own website as well as all the others (like AutoTrader). While we strive to keep things up to date, sometimes they are out of our control (including getting set up on review sites so that we can respond).
