We have been trying to reach out to this reviewer (privately via this platform) since early April to apologize and to obtain contact information so that we could personally reach out and rectify the issues. Yes, T of B sent a note of apology, but what's the purpose of trying to contact me to rectify the problem? I didn't pay for the service because it was FREE as part of Totota's warrenty. And because it was free, I was put at the end of the line and had to wait until all of the PAYING customers had their work finished. That's not a service problem, that my friends, is a T of B policy problem. And I hope it gets fixed.

You're right, Heather. My 2 and 1/2 hour wait for a simple oil and filter change was all in my imagination. But I didn't see you in the waiting room and since I doubt you were in the service area working with the mechanics, i'll bet you were across the street in the main building. But, you're right -- I only imagined that there was a problem. Maybe I had an extremely slow mechanic assigned to my car. Thanks for your insight. Cheers.
