I really liked our salesperson, Sam Li. He was very knowledgeable about Toyotas. We went there not knowing anything about the Toyota Highlander. Our lease was up on our Cadillac CTS. We had just lef knowledgeable about Toyotas. We went there not knowing anything about the Toyota Highlander. Our lease was up on our Cadillac CTS. We had just left that dealership because they did not have the car I wanted. I wanted to go back to a SUV , wanted more than 5 seats and good gas mileage. Two women I worked with had Toyota Highlanders and loved them! They also went to Toyota of Braintree and said they were excellent to deal with. Sam Li explained the three levels of Highlanders, showed them all to us and we took a test drive. I instantly liked Sam, he was friendly but not pushy. I was glad we were able to make a deal because I didn't want to tell him no. More
On June 5, 2011 I visited Toyota of Braintree with the thought of trading in my 2004 Tacoma. I was greeted by salesman Kenny Banks and we talked about my interests in the car market. The whole process was very smooth and with very little pressure to buy, which was most appreciated. I took a new 2011 Tacoma for a test drive and really liked it. Kenny and the sales manager worked with me and my wife on a fair trade value as well as a new truck price. Again there was no pressure felt to buy and at the end of a surprisingly short negotiating discussion both sides came out satisfied. The process of buying a new car wasn't something I was looking forward to but my experience at Toyota of Braintree has given me a very positive feeling. More

I would recommend him to anyone due to his sincerity and expertise. We ran across a couple issues in the process but he made it all possible and I drove off happy in a nice, safe, beautiful camry!
