I have spent my career in a customer service industry and recognize what it takes to exceed customer expectations. Each of my purchases have been with Bob Wilfand. Bob is a true professional and knows his craft extremely well. Above all, he has a genuine interest in people and a keen sensitivity that one doesn't expect to find while shopping for a car. I needed to downsize, due to the economy and Bob spent much of the afternoon with us comparing vehicles and working on the best possible price recognizing our need to save money. He provided options to consider. Not only did I purchase the vehicle that afternoon but I drove it home. Bob and the staff worked quickly to get it done. I left with a 2010 Corolla and saved $100/month with the 0% financing! Never saw anything but a pleasant face from Bob and he has a great sense of humor. Jessica was the best! I had visited many dealers in the month of January and had that same "dealer" experience. A continuous, lengthy, back and forth between 2-3 different people at each location with no agreed sale price rea had that same "dealer" experience. From the time I walked in until I drove away with a new car was under a total of 2 hours spent. No joke. Boch, although run like a typical dealer with no warm feelings and past from person to person got me the right price but pressured me on getting a color I didn't want. Basically, what they have on the lot is all they can offer. Toyota of Braintree got me the exact make, model and color within 3 days. Will definitely recommend Braintree Toyota and not Boch. More
