My experience at Toyota of Braintree was nothing less than excellent. The teamwork between the sales people and the finance manger and the registry team upstairs was flawless. I just couldn't make up my mind between cars, but after I was explained the benifits to leasing my new Corolla I realize that this would get me to the monthly payment that I needed. I would recommed this dealership and of course Richard to all my friends and family looking for a car and or just need quality car service. Went in this weekend to trade in a four month old chevy. I realized that I really missed my Toyota rav4 so needed to get back into one.. The weekend before I had gone to another dealership on the south shor I realized that I really missed my Toyota rav4 so needed to get back into one.. The weekend before I had gone to another dealership on the south shore and ended up walking away do to the arrogant pushy sales person. Went into the Braintree Toyota a little leery at first. Kenny met us in the parking lot and from the beginning to end treated us great. I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted for my trade in and to see what he could do. I was shown all my options picked out my car and signed on the dotted line all in an hour. I have purchased six new cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. No nonsense no going back and forth haggling it was wonderful. I would recommend this dealership and my sales guy Kenny to any and everyone I know looking to purchase a new car... More

Went to two other dealers, salesmen were scruffy,.... said they'd get info and did not, were not knowledgable about their inventory, when I had more info than they did - retention wise - for the cars we were shown, it reduced my confidence that POST sale the service experience would be positive. The initial impression in the showroom counts for how you " think " the after sale experience will be handled. Also, there was a clear sense to the customer of team, teamwork, and virtually each person had a pleasant expression and several folks, Mark in particular from the Finance area had a great sense of humor. As he said - if you like the experience you'll tell 3 people - if you don't you'll tell 12.... in honor of the experience, my goal is to tell at least 6 of the GREAT experience. More

My wife and I just arrived in the U.S. on an intra-company transfer visa for my European/U.S. company. Walace did an amazing job sorting out a new car for us in a super-fast time! When finally the financing was approved, he waited for me to arrive until after closing time as I was stuck in traffic. Also the "helpers in the background" (insurance, registration, ...) did everything possible to make it happen. Kenny did a great job in explaining the car to us and handing it over long after closing time! I can not imagine it happening any better.
