I decided that I needed a Tundra. I stopped in at the dealership and met Sam Zadian. I told him exactly what I wanted in the truck. Sam, Scott, and George went to work locating the vehicle I wanted. It took them a bit to find the truck but it was worth the wait. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone person along the way was great to deal with even through the last step of adding the tournea cover. I hope to have this truck for a long long time and not have to buy another vehicle. But when I do need another vehicle I wont hesitate to go back to this dealership. Thanks guys More

I wasn't planning on buying on Sunday, but it was too good to be true...but thankfully it wasn't. Now I have a beautiful, new car in a great color. They were super understanding of what I brought to the table as far as the trade in and were extremely generous. I was very pleased by the service in the financial department. Walace was so kind, understanding and efficient with calculations. There too we encountered great generosity with possible warranty options. Around every turn they were so accomodating and genuinely excited to sell cars. Scott wanted badly to give the car to me on Sunday, the day I signed the papers, but I knew, logistically it would not be possible due to the registry. This dealership is very well run, which is why I went there in the first place. Everyone is happy to live there. The service department is also unparalleled. Brian Linn is outstanding. They took care of my previous toyota very well, recommending services and the best care and follow-up I have ever experienced. This I say as a person who thought she had experienced great service with previous Toyota dealerships in Massachusetts and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I have always been treated like a queen and it is why I continue to purchase from Toyota. This dealership, without question is the best of the best. You must go there and experience the service model, which they have down to a perfect science. A well oiled machine. Furthermore, I have not encountered an unhappy employee or even someone without a smile on their face when there. I feel that the ownership really cares for its employees and its customers in a profound way. In additions, the building is also beautiful. The bathroom is beautiful too, believe it or not...i can't believe i am writing about the bathroom. It is that impressive. You would see something like this at only a hotel or fine restaurant. We received an immediate email response and phone call from the salesman who scheduled a date to meet us at a l and contact a local dealer to buy it! When we got to the sales office.....he does not exist! The car we designed does not exist! A different salesman tried to talk us into a different car, then a used car, then a fully loaded car "coming in" in two weeks. We hopped in OUR car and got the heck out of there and went directly to Braintree. It could have been the big smile, the extended handshake, or the great purple shirt and matching tie, but once we met Kenny Tempro we knew we had come to the right place. Kenny saw us heading for the new FJ Cruisers on the lot. This is the car our son, a First Class Cadet in a United States Service Academy, had chosen to buy for travel to his assignment upon graduation-his first NEW car! Kenny reviewed all of the options, features, pricing, let our son take a nice long test drive--no hesitation-he knew exactly what our son wanted and it was a deal made in new-car heaven! All with a genuine smile! It is evident Kenny loves what he does and puts his spirit into his time with customers. In addition, the whole dealership experience was positively unique, from meeting the numbers manager, the service manager, many others and even getting our picture taken--are we really in a car dealership here or part of a family???? From the minute I walked into the dealership Bob treated me as though I was an old friend. Being my first car buying experience I was a little nervous for the process but ended up only going to one dealership and dealing with Bob. I couldn't have imagined the process being any easier and that is all thanks to the staff at the dealership, especially Bob and the finance guy John Celesk. They both treated me with respect and with professional courtesy. If you are thinking of buying a Toyota I would recommend Toyota of Braintree over anyone else. More
3 years ago I leased a 2007 Toyota Camry from the Tufankjian Toyota Dealer and was very pleased with the sales experience I had as well as the service department over the past 3 years. Since my lease was now expiring it made sense to revisit the Tufankjian Dealership to consider my options. I met salesman Mark Miner, a few months ago when I went to the dealership to have my options explained to me. I decided to wait until July when my lease was up before making a decision. At that time I contacted Mark and made an appointment. Each time I met Mark, I was impressed. He was very professional,very nice, and seemed trustworthy(someone I could feel comfortable with). The whole experience was very pleasant, Mark followed up with me, when necessary and was always a gentleman. I also dealt with the finance mgr, John K., John was also very professional and a gentleman at all times. He explained things very clearly and answered any questions I had. There was a slight problem concerning the pricing of a requested item, which was eventually resolved. I think that there is room for improvement in that area.
