My experience with this dealership was perfect from beginning to end. I found my car of interest on line after researching all the different car manufacturers and surrounding dealers, and reputations beginning to end. I was introduced to my sales representative Donna La Rosa by the online member Ed Walsh. Donna was professional, knowledgeable, and relaxed. Donna answered my questions,and explained the many features of the car. The test drive felt great on the local roads as well as the highway. Donna, and her Manager worked out a good price deal with me. Then I met with Jessica who is a finance wizard. She tweaked an already good interest rate and gave me an extended warranty package for an affordable price. I picked up my car later this same day and Donna had everything done, plates, car prep, inspection sticker. If the service department can replicate my dealership experience I will never buy another automobile anyplace else, Scott. More

About a week ago, I got into a car accident. I'm 18 years old, and I don't have any credit whatsoever, but the employee's were so friendly, charismatic, and knowledgeable about the cars. I did have to have my mother cosign the lease with me as I had no credit, but in 2 days I was on the road with my brand-new 2010 Toyota Corolla! Everything went so smoothly and was incredibly easy, Lester and Jessica were very easy to get along with and were even quite funny! I was extremely impressed with this dealership in general, and would recommend it to anyone! I'll be sure to see them again in 3 years when my lease is up! More

I also did walk out of a few showrooms, I felt like a guppy in a shark bowl. We went to Tufankjian on a whim and am so happy we did. Never pressured left and got lunch and received the same deal when we returned so no trickery or false misleading deals. After the previous week of shopping it was the perfect ending to a bad start. The price was the lowest around for the same car. I love my new Rav 4 . I will also make the trip for warranty service here because of my positive experience.
