Bill Tolbert, my salesman treated me like one of his family, very kind and courteous. Amber Epperson was very helpful when it came to ordering the extra things I wanted for my Rav4 and explaining (so I could understand) how everything in my vehicle worked. I have never purchased a vehicle anywhere where they went over the entire vehicle with you and instruct you on what everything does and how everything works. This helped a lot. Thanks to all you helped me, you made a dreaded car buying experience a very pleasant one!! More

Not Satisfied Didn't discover until after the purchase that the new car I bought, out of the showroom, had been used and had nearly 3,000 miles on it. Paperwork for tags, insurance, and taxes were wrong causing delays and inconvenience. Staff never returned my calls on my complaints. More

Hunting a New Red Camry Been thinking about that Red Camry for a while , Started Friday checked other dealers in the area then Bristol and back to Bristol Saturday. Talked with Cody Harmon, very helpful, Bought on Sunday. Car home on Monday now I have "2' a Red one and a White one. Granddaughters 16th Birthday in about 2 weeks which one do you think I should I give her? I think I will keep the RED one!!! Cody was an excellent salesman, and Amber Epperson was very helpful also. He told me about qualifying for a no credit finance option, (0%). Got to the finance department and its 2.75%. If you have excellent credit, get your financing somewhere from someone who does not LIE to you about 0% financing. I knew the car I wanted, found it online and emailed the dealership. Chris got back to me immediately and gave me a great price right from the start. He even took detailed pictures of the RAV4 and texted them to me. No other dealership could touch the price! We drove over an hour to pick up the car and they got us in and out in an hour!
