We were working with three different dealerships and three different brands, which Scion was one of. One was Subaru which, as you know sells the BRZ, the sister car to the FR-S. Both my wife and I agree that we made our purchase with you based more on the way we were treated than on the actual product. All three products we were looking at were all comparable in most ways. Please pass our thanks on to Steve Liner, Andy Lipto, Chris Legg, Mark Turner and Jimmy Hughes. Pat these folks on the back because each and every one of them dealt with us respectfully, kindly and without any game playing that most car dealers are known for. We felt we were respected as human beings and not just another sales number to fill quotas at the end of the day! We sincerely felt that everyone we came in contact with was working earnestly with our best interests in mind. We love our new cars and we spend a lot of time showing them off to the multitudes that are inquisitive. We also make sure to tell each and every one of them how well we were treated at Toyota of Bristol. I gave them this rating for how awesome that they are. They worked with me on multiple occasions for my brakes. They also were so sweet working with me know that I am a college student and getting me the discounts that I needed to be able to afford the repairs. Rick the service person who I dealt with was so awesome and kind. He had to put up with me getting upset over what was wrong with the car and the price and handled it with grace. He sat down with me and told me then talked on my cell phone to my mom so that she knew what was going on too. He took all the time I needed to think things out and made me feel comfortable. He also made me feel that I did the right thing by bringing it back in less than a week later to recheck them because they were squeaking and assuring mew that they were okay and my car was safe to drive. Out of the dealerships I have dealt with I love working with Toyota of Bristol over all the other ones and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service date was 11/04/13 for routine oil and filter change and rotate the tires. The technician found the left rear shock absorber was broken and leaking oil on the brake drum. New shock absorbers we change and rotate the tires. The technician found the left rear shock absorber was broken and leaking oil on the brake drum. New shock absorbers were ordered. Shock absorbers were received at the dealership the next day, 11/05/13, and were installed. I have been coming to this dealership for all my Sienna service since Feburary of 2006. Randall Carmack has been my service representative off and on since that time. Randy is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you at any time. There were times when he was not available and I used someone else. The entire service staff greets you with a smile, friendly conversation and treat you like family. I would not take my Toyota to any other service facility unless I am out of town and then I would try and find a Toyota service facitlity. Toyota of Bristol has an outstanding service work ethic, Randall Carmack emphasizes this work ethic to the maximum. The customer waiting area is outstanding also. I am giving this rating because I trust Toyota of Bristol to service my car perfectly and enjoy doing business with them. My next new Toyota will be bought at this dealership. More
Just wanted to say all of the folks at Toyota Bristol could not have made it any easier during the purchase of our new 2013 Toyota Highlander. My wife and I were totally pleased with the no hassle experience that our salesman Josh Pickard provided. We both said it was our best experience buy a new vehicle. Jimmy Hughes was also extremely helpful showing us on the bells and whistles on our Highlander and making sure we new how to operate everything. Andrew Lipto helped us with financing and this too was an no hassle experience with Andrew explaining everything we were signing before we did so. Again this was by far the best we have ever been treated at a car dealership! We thank all of you that helped get us in the Highlander we wanted! More
My wife and I were in Bristol and decided to stop at the Bristol Toyota dealership. We were semi-interested in trading trucks (Dodge for a Tacoma). Bill Tolbert met with us and I will have to say that the Bristol Toyota dealership. We were semi-interested in trading trucks (Dodge for a Tacoma). Bill Tolbert met with us and I will have to say that the experience in trading trucks was nearly seamless. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. We quoted a difference price that was at first seemed ridiculous but it was what we had in mind and budget. In a few minutes we were the proud owners of a new 2013 Tacoma at the price we could afford. I have told many others about the good feeling we had about the dealership. There were 3 families from our church in Kingsport bought cars that same day (all were red!) and neither of us knew we would be there that same day. We all discussed our experiences with each other and all were very pleased with Toyota of Bristol. More

After spending hours searching through Autotrader.com and multiple dealerships, we decided to head to Toyota of Bristol. We couldn't have gone to a better place!! Our salesman, Weston Mullins, was knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our 2013 Toyota Prius II. Chris Hicks explained every single option, button, and trick to ensuring that we utilized the Prius' features, even showcasing a few things that we didn't know about it through our extensive research. Andrew Lipto was wonderfully efficient with handling our financing, and even though he was the only Finance Manager there that day, he spent a good deal of time making sure everything was clear and satisfactory. Matthias Maines checked on us throughout the process to ensure that everything was going well and that we were happy with our purchase. Ralph Wishon was wonderful, and even tried to give us donuts! We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is exactly where the Lord wanted us to go and confirmation of that was given to us as soon as we walked in the door and heard Christian music playing. They play it unapologetically which is AWESOME!! Although we just purchased our car Friday, we have already told friends about our experience and plan to sing their praises to everyone who will listen!
