Great Customer Service We are regular customers of this establishment, having purchased (2) used vehicles in the past and getting all of our maintenance performed here. Recently my husband had taken one of our Toyota's in for servicing and was issued a loaner vehicle due to having to keep our vehicle a couple of days. We liked the loaner a lot so he decided to inquire as to when this vehicle and/or other loaners would be on the market for sale. He spoke with Patrick Duket with regard to having an interest in possibly purchasing a lightly used (loaner) vehicle in the near future and he notified us once these loaner's were authorized to be sold. We arranged to come in to take a look at what was available but were not able to meet with Patrick due to him being off when we were able to come in. Patrick arranged for us to meet with his partner Kyle Uhlenhake instead. We met with Kyle and he offered for us to test drive one of the vehicles that we might be interested in. We took it out for a test drive, liked it, but also wanted to inquire about purchasing new vs used. Kyle was very knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail to us, and answering all of our questions. After discussing our options, we made the decision to trade in our oldest Toyota, and to purchase a new 2019 Toyota Corolla. We were treated with the utmost respect and never felt pressured or rushed into making any decision when dealing with the employees we worked with and would highly recommend Brookfield Toyota to our family/friends. I was also impressed and delighted with some of the changes to the Prius. He set up some of the features for me and showed me all that I needed to know about the car. First Time Buyer Our experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but giving a 5 star ratings based on how things were dealt with when I voiced dissatisfaction. Peter was Our experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but giving a 5 star ratings based on how things were dealt with when I voiced dissatisfaction. Peter was helpful throughout the process. He was there to greet us each time we entered the dealership, set our phones up in the new car, and found an answer for questions we had if he didn't know. Our dissatisfaction was with how things were handled when an issue arose with my insurance. When this issue and our dissatisfaction was brought to their attention, we were asked to come back in where we were greeted by Peter again, then by Mo who told us who we would be working with for the financing, and then by Chris. Once we finished up with everything, Jeff also came and introduced himself and asked if the rest of our experience with them went better. It was a complete 180 from the previous night. We had no previous experience with buying a car at a dealership or financing a car. If you are in that same boat, ask to work with Chris Mohr. He walked us through step by step and was extremely patient with us. We will be looking to replace our other car in about two years and would 100% go back to Toyota of Brookfield. More
