Thanks for helping us with our car purchase Zach was our salesperson today. He was very helpful, even riding along on the test drive to answer any questions that we had. He let us take our time in looking the car over and even went through checking things with us so that we could learn how things worked. If we had a question that he could not answer, he would seek out the correct answer for us. He suggested different things that the dealership offered but was very relaxed and did not use pressure tactics. Chris helped us in finance. We really enjoyed working with him as well. He explained things and worked on getting us an extended warranty at a reasonable price. He went over all that would be covered as well as the exclusions so we felt we were well informed in making the decision to add it to our car purchase but as with Zach, Chris did not use any pressure. I really did a lot of homework before choosing this car and this dealership. The only thing that would have been helpful would have been if I had been able to preview the extended warranty options ahead of time as well, maybe like having some info on the website with the car's listing information. More

We were not planning on purchasing a car that day we went to the dealership, the accommodation that Marcos extended to us in terms of test drives and finding the specs we wanted, lead us to make the purchase. While we got a wonderful car, the speed of the sale concerned me. But Marcos and Su did what they could to ensure our satisfaction. The paperwork took a while, keeping everyone up late, but Chris made the tedious task reasonably entertaining. It took a few visits to get all our accessories in so it would have been preferable if the dealer made sure they were all in before we took the car home. Overall though a great experience and would definitely go back to Marcos if we find a need for a second car. Thank you!!! More
