We searched and found two vehicles that had just been brought in, both of which were of interest to me. Upon calling, we spoke with Brianna D, who was knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions we posed. Upon going in to see the cars, Brianna met us and introduced us to Patrick Duket who test drove both cars with me, answered even MORE questions and ultimately helped me purchase one of them! From the beginning of the process with the Toyota of Brookfield to the end was a time span of just over 24 hours! This team made me feel important, valued and never once made me feel like I was "bothering" them. We have worked with another Toyota location in the past, but after this experience, I do see myself referring my friends and family to, as well as returning to the Toyota of Brookfield for all MY future needs!
