I’ve been going to this dealership for years, been pretty happy with it. Today was a total disappointment. I keep my car in excellent condition and for the most part, do what they recommend for maintenance. happy with it. Today was a total disappointment. So at the 5k mile interval the “maintenance “ light came on so I scheduled my appointment, very first of the day. After an hour, the service rep comes out to say “service is recommending 4 new tires.” WITHOUT showing me the tread depth. I anticipated them trying to sell me wiper blades/filter/ etc to make some $ (typical racket.). But I knew this was TOTAL BS. Because the last visit, it was fine, not close to needing replacement. I demanded my car be brought around. The MULTIPOINT INSPECTION SAID 5/32!!! So they tried to say the tires were bad without showing me the testing, and when I find out the results, there’s nothing wrong! This is DISHONEST to say the least. It’s minimum 3/32 for even suggesting wear. Just tell us if you’re trying to make your money that you lost during Covid. DON’T try to con the hard working people trying to fix something that doesn’t need fixing. At that point, you’re nothing but another stupid Quickie Lube joint. STOP THIS PRACTICE NOW. Smh. Now they want to replace the rotors …um, am I supposed to trust you that they need replacing??? Or is this made up too? Merry Christmas I guess. More

I spoke with Bella Muslimani about the issue, she answered my question about the delay saying “I’m going to be honest with you, my vehicle was parked in the wrong area for the service I was there for” at that instant she EARNED MY TRUST & LOYALTY to Napleton Toyota. My experience with Bella was outstanding. I’ve had service issues at other dealerships with past Ford products, where I knew they were lying about what was really going on. Bella’s communication to me was 100% up and honest. Many service writers need to follow her example of customer service. This dealer is very inconsistent and frustrating. Some staff understand my needs in service and others are not helpful. I have been able to set up services requiring parts purchased ahead of time and they staff understand my needs in service and others are not helpful. I have been able to set up services requiring parts purchased ahead of time and they lose the records of purchase. They have put wrong lug nuts on my car and caused rim damage. They take 2 to 3 times longer for service than other dealers. Hard to connect with service advisor ahead of visit and they seem not to know what the mechanics found on my car. They have all the excuses when something goes wrong and say oh well get service somewhere else. More
