Quintin was very courteous and knowledgeable of services offered. He could tell I have a hard time hearing in busy environments and clearly explained the details of the inspection report in nice manner. I offered. Excellent service - came to my home to pick up & return car! What great service from Marylou in the Service Department! I had an appointment scheduled and she called ahead of time to say my part was not yet in What great service from Marylou in the Service Department! I had an appointment scheduled and she called ahead of time to say my part was not yet in the store but would be there in a couple of days. I was in no hurry and instead of making two trips, she suggested waiting until the part came in (a few days) and then come to my home, pick up the car and return it when it was done! THAT is the essence of customer service and I truly appreciate it. I had originally planned on waiting for the car at the dealership, but this allowed me to continue to work and could easily fit that into my schedule! My car was scheduled for pickup within a 2 hour timeframe and two days prior they sent a message with an appointment TIME defined within that original 2 hours and they were here within 5 minutes of the scheduled time - very polite and ready to serve. More
