They are all over customer service. With this in mind, they will inform you of any problems with your vehicle. From the service manger or the actual technician working on your car. Had nothing but bad experiences here with the service department. Every time I go in they are rude and belittling. I even left the dealership having paid for an oil change but never getting the oil actua department. Every time I go in they are rude and belittling. I even left the dealership having paid for an oil change but never getting the oil actually changed. After going back in to have them actually replace my oil, they had the nerve to ask me to write them a good review. I lived in 4 states and this is by far the worst Toyota dealer I’ve experienced. I will not be going back here for service. More

Ok - we literally live 1 mile away from Round Rock Toyota and drive 15 min to use Cedar Park Toyota! Waaaaaaay better service - Michael is our advisor for our 3 cars- this week we brought my MIL’s car in and and drive 15 min to use Cedar Park Toyota! Waaaaaaay better service - Michael is our advisor for our 3 cars- this week we brought my MIL’s car in and had Amy- She was awesome as well. This location communicates & advises what you should get, need or just a hey maybe next time- they text you pictures & updates- an incredible touch & so easy! There is no pressure with this dealership- we love them! Also very timely with how long work will take! I just hope they take good care of the advisors they are lucky to have so they stay!!! More
