After a bad car purchase experience, I hoped my first service visit would be better. It wasn’t. They kept my car for 48 hours due to an “ongoing issue,” yet I received no updates and had to call multiple times. Eventually, I was told there was no problem. After agreeing to an oil change, I again had to keep calling for updates. When I picked up my car, it smelled bad and had almost no fuel. Because of the delays and poor communication, I missed my prayer during Ramadan. Lack of communication, lack of accountability, and no respect for customers’ time. More
