Contacted Tommy Ngo initially on Saturday 30 minutes before closing to discuss what I was looking for and the deal that I wanted. Informed him that if they could get to my numbers, I would be by Monday to pick up the truck. He texted me 20 minutes later with the numbers I wanted exactly. I went in early Monday and while Tommy didn't work early that morning, he passed on ALL of the information to his director who handed us over to Madi Hess. Madi had the stock number and exact numbers that Tommy had sent me two days prior. We looked at the truck, I loved it, and we signed the paperwork to get financing moving. While finance was putting the deal together, Xavier showed us the truck and all the new features to enjoy. Finally, our finance guy Job Bunditwong came to get us and was a true pleasure to work with.
