I went in for an oil change because I had received a coupon. I was quickly and efficiently checked in. Turned out that my car just had a recall on it and although there was the potential that I would coupon. I was quickly and efficiently checked in. Turned out that my car just had a recall on it and although there was the potential that I would need to leave it overnight, not only did they complete the oil change but also completed the recall work by early afternoon. They provided a ride home and again picked me up. John S, my service writer was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. 100% recommend! Great job Toyota of Cedar Park! More

The best Service department. I switched after more then 20 yrs with Round Rock Toyota. They disappointed me so many times. All advisors and managers have left and new ones seem n I switched after more then 20 yrs with Round Rock Toyota. They disappointed me so many times. All advisors and managers have left and new ones seem not to care but only when your a new customer and that's sad. You spend a lot on a vehicle and they don't want to accommodate you in the end.
