Mario provided excellent service. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. A day after having my truck serviced I noticed the antenna was missing. I went back to Mario, explained what happened knowledgeable, and respectful. A day after having my truck serviced I noticed the antenna was missing. I went back to Mario, explained what happened and he wasted no time in getting another antenna. He could’ve simply handed the antenna to me, to put on.
