With an appointment I made for a key fob programming (expected to take for no more than half an hour) and a 5,000 mile maintenance service(expected to take for an hour), I had to wait for 3.5 hours. Ex (expected to take for no more than half an hour) and a 5,000 mile maintenance service(expected to take for an hour), I had to wait for 3.5 hours. Extra two hour waiting or so despite I was on time for the appointment! It was really frustrating. They must have put me behind people who didn't have appointments or they just accepted appointments at the same time as I had!? More
Came in for a routine service check up and Katherine Dobbs was very accommodating to me and my fiancée’s busy schedule.
