My maintenance required light came on so I assumed it was time for an oil change so I dropped off my car. I get a call later from a female representative saying I didn't need and oil change but brake fluid time for an oil change so I dropped off my car. I get a call later from a female representative saying I didn't need and oil change but brake fluid needed t be changed. On the way fo puck up my car I was telling my husband how much I liked this dealership because I thought they were honest. I get there I asked about what caused the low brake fluid. She said nothing was wrong but it was a dealership recommended service. $175 later! Not very happy. Rather it be an oil change! Fair warning. If they say something needs to be done ask more questions! More
Quick Service I had a dead/dying battery on a frigid day. The service guys checked out the charging system and concluded it was, in fact, the battery.
