Great service I have taken my Toyota Highlander to Toyota of Cedar Park many times but this time I was not under warranty. My experiences have always been great the I have taken my Toyota Highlander to Toyota of Cedar Park many times but this time I was not under warranty. My experiences have always been great there. Their staff in service are always friendly and concerned on making sure they do good work and it meet my approval. They have a great waiting area that is relaxing and allows me to get a little work done while waiting. They look over my car carefully and if they find anything else wrong with it they should you the exact stats of what their repair people found. I feel that they want to make sure that I am safe and in good hands on the road driving my car. I have always had great experiences and would highly recommend this dealership. Ricardo was my service coordinator and he was great but so far all of the service coordinators have also been great to deal with. I usually don’t have to wait very long even for unplanned repairs. More

Quick and Eady Came in for oil change that was due. I did not have an appointment yet Brian said it was not a problem. They checked everything out under the hood a Came in for oil change that was due. I did not have an appointment yet Brian said it was not a problem. They checked everything out under the hood and the tires too. Needed to have front tires realigned ( knee I had hit a curb a month or so ago) Brian advised me of cost and also that my 2 year warranty period was completed in October 2018. He said he wanted to make sure that I want ‘surprised’ with having to pay. I did know that the service was on my nickel but appreciated the fact that the dealership wanted to keep me up to date. My work was completed in under 70 minutes and I was on my way. 😄 More

Service advisor meh First visit to this dealership. Service advisor’s favorite phrase, after discussing options, was “it’s entirely your decision”. I finally told him he First visit to this dealership. Service advisor’s favorite phrase, after discussing options, was “it’s entirely your decision”. I finally told him he’d made that clear 6 times. I also was put in the middle between the parts dept and the service advisor. Leonard was off but his assistant, whose name I do not recall, was super attentive and friendly when we discussed new wipers. He told me my service advisor could install them, “they do it all the time”. My service advisor said he’d never done it. Perhaps it was his first day on the job on a Friday? Nonetheless, after balking, he did install my new wipers. I’ll request another advisor next time or return to Toyota of RR. The service department was awesome, videoing it all it real time. More
