I was told over the phone to expect about an hour to hour and a half for service, it did take longer than what was estimated but the waiting area had me in my comfort zone with coffee, snakes, WiFi and high top tables. Most of the staff was friendly except the younger employee behind the parts counter. Not the friendliest mannered young man.. all in all great experience! More
