Jackson, only a year into his role, went above and beyond making my recent purchase the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Jackson provided very prompt communication, was transparent with what he could achieve and listened to what I needed. He stayed after hours on the last day of the month to ensure I was taken care of, all while sharing in the excitement I had purchasing a brand new 2023 4Runner. Purchasing a new vehicle wouldn’t have even crossed my mind had it not been for Casey. Not only am I extremely grateful for his service to this country but for the opportunity to have met such an amazing individual. It’s not everyday that you meet someone who is so genuine in putting others before themselves. Outside of how incredibly helpful Casey was through the entire process, it was a privilege to have met him. Recently, I had a major problem with my 2019 Toyota RAV 4 when the fuel door would not open. I called my regular dealership, Toyota of Cedar Park, and explained to the Service dept. that I was low on fuel a when the fuel door would not open. I called my regular dealership, Toyota of Cedar Park, and explained to the Service dept. that I was low on fuel and heading out of town only to be unable to open the door to my fuel tank. I was advised to immediately come in to the dealership (it was already 4:30 pm in the afternoon) and they would fix the problem. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Jim Smajdek, Service Drive Manager, who had been briefed about my problem. He immediately diagnosed the problem as being due to a broken tension clip inside the door assembly. He escorted me to the parts department where I purchased a new and improved version of this part and had him put it on for me. Wasn’t there more than 10 minutes. I wish to thank Jim and the fine folks at Toyota of Cedar Park for giving me world class customer care when I needed it the most. I hope Jim and all concerned are recognized by their superiors for the excellent job they did for me. More
