I brought my vehicle in after installing an aftermarket door lock actuator and discovering that 3 of the doors would not unlock after a couple of days. They tried to charge me $700 for a door lock actuator door lock actuator and discovering that 3 of the doors would not unlock after a couple of days. They tried to charge me $700 for a door lock actuator replacement when all they needed to do was reprogram my door locks. When I refused the service and said I would install an OEM actuator myself, they reprogrammed the locks and claimed they magically got it working. This (and being similarly lied to at a previous visit) is why I will only bring my vehicle to this dealership as an absolute last resort! More
