Eric Cartier and his Service Technicians inspected my Toyota Avalon for alignment & steering component wear. After checking the alignment and test drive, they told me that the car was still in alignment Toyota Avalon for alignment & steering component wear. I appreciated their thorough inspection and assessment that the car not need any service at this point. I also was reassured that my car was safe to drive. Super work and highly recommend the Cedar Park Toyota Service Department. While waiting Julio Bernal showed me a Toyota Highlander and helped me with a hybrid 2021 Avalon Limited. They let me drop by without an appointment to see why my windshield washer pump wasn’t working. They determined the pump was non-functioning and were able to replace it a couple of days later.
