I brought a 2026 Toyota Corolla and i was having problems with the car with the safety features. I brought the car back to have them figured it out. I didn't take back and let it go. I was driving the car and the car came to a complete stop and jerked back. I took it to the dealership that same day of course they told me that nothing was wrong the car. I only had the car for about a month and the fact they didn't want to put me in another car is crazy. The fact that the Director told me he will take a computer knowledge over a human being is crazy. I am giving them a two because the sale guy name Gabe Campos was the only one that heard me and was willing to help me.. . More

I have been purchasing Toyotas at Toyota of Clermont since 2020. I just went this Friday May 29th to trade my 2024 Toyota Corolla SE and my 2024 RAV4 XSE HYBRID. Both in excellent condition. Then Luis Perdormo and Jennifer Toyo were amazing as well in delivery the car and assuring everything was signed and installed. Terrible service. I went in to have the sunroof on my car replaced because water was leaking in; they replaced it, but the problem persisted. I brought my Toyota Sienn I went in to have the sunroof on my car replaced because water was leaking in; they replaced it, but the problem persisted. I brought my Toyota Sienna back in that very same day, and they told me that the leakage was "normal." Later, they claimed it wasn't true that water was getting in—even though one of their own employees had verified the issue and told them the vehicle hadn't been fixed properly. I left the car there again, but just half an hour after dropping it off at the dealership, they told me everything was fine and refused to fix it; they simply left it as is. I paid a significant amount for this service. Do not go to this dealership—they will just steal your money. More

I'm disappointed that I was told that the car I bought had been checked out by their mechanics and was not in need of repair. Turns out it needs over $1,000 worth of work after I purchased it. They wouldn't let me take it to my mechanic to check it out before purchasing it. It was a "trust me bro" situation. Don't trust their mechanics. More
